  • Develop and manage your CMMI Level 2 implementation program
  • Produce the documents and artifacts necessary for a successful appraisal
  • Measure the effectiveness of your implementation efforts

Features

  • Four hours of intensive CMMI Level 2 training per week for 6 weeks
  • A customized, password-protected web site containing reference materials, sample documents and artifacts, and copies of the presentations used during the weekly training sessions
  • Templates and guidelines for policies, process descriptions, and other crucial documentation
  • One-on-one trainer-provided assistance for up to two hours per week

No Excuses!

If you have a distributed workforce or some of your employees are telecommuters, it might be difficult for them to attend conventional training sessions. But distance isn't an obstacle for participants in CMMI Level 2 Boot Camp. All of our training sessions are conducted live and in real time via Adobe Acrobat Connect (formerly known as Macromedia Breeze). No matter where participants are -- in the office, on the road, or working from home -- they can still attend each Boot Camp session with their fellow trainees, at no additional cost to you.
